Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event that plans change, and we sincerely hope they do not, please cancel the reservation(s) before 3PM the day prior to arrival, to avoid being billed one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file.

Temporary Hold Fees

If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold will be placed on your card account for the estimated total of your room & tax charges plus $100 for incidentals. Any unused funds are released within 3-5 business days at the discretion of your card issuer.

Late Checkout

The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional 50% of the nightly rate for a late checkout between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. A full night’s charge will apply if checkout is after 4:00pm.

Smoking Policy

The Watershed is proud to offer our guests a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking/Vaping is STRICTLY prohibited in the guest rooms and lobby area. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if we surmise that smoking occurred in the room.

Quiet Hours

Hotel Quiet Hours begin at 11:00PM Nightly. Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay (in rooms, hallways, or public spaces), running in the hallways, high traffic in/out of rooms, and loitering are not permitted and can result in eviction from the hotel without refund for Room, Tax, & Incidental Deposit.

Safety Deposit Boxes

Safety deposit boxes are provided at no additional charge for the safekeeping of your valuables. The hotel does not accept liability for articles left in guest rooms or motor vehicles.

Pet Policy

While we are a pet-friendly hotel, to ensure the safety of your animal, our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you review the following policies & guidelines:

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay, per pet will be applied to your bill upon arrival
  • An additional fee of $250 will apply if the room requires extra cleaning from housekeeping and/or the animal causes damage to the room.
  • The animal is not to be left alone in your guest room at any time.
  • If extenuating circumstances require the animal to be left alone, it must be kept in a crate.
  • Housekeeping staff will not provide daily service to your room. Please contact the front desk if you need items replenished. Housekeeping will not enter the room if an animal is present.
  • Hotel staff reserves the right to request the pet be removed if you are found in violation of any of the aforementioned policies / guidelines. If refused we reserve the right to evict the guest.
