The Birch, Spruce and Winterberry meeting rooms offer more private spaces, each 625 square feet and can accommodate between 24 and 40 guests, based on set-up. All meeting rooms are located on the lobby level. A/V equipment, flip charts and markets, a private coffee set-up and Polycom are available for an additional cost. Tables with tablecloths, chairs, internet access and parking are all included in the room rental fee.

With up to 2,688 square feet of space, The River Lounge can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it one of the best hotel venues for any event.
At 1, 875 square feet, this larger flexible space is divisible into three separate meeting rooms and offers convenient pre-function, breakout, and buffet spaces in the adjacent foyer, accommodating up to 120 guests.
Located on the rooftop at 2,733 Sq Ft, The River Loft offers a stylish, exclusive atmosphere for your private event. Open seasonally from mid-May to the end of September, the space can accommodate up to 100 people. Please inquire with the Sales Office for rental costs and more information.
